What this policy covers

This privacy policy applies to financialdoctors.co.nz (also referred to as “New Casinos NZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit the site.

This policy is intended to comply with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand) and, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from the European Economic Area.

What information we collect

Browsing data. We collect standard web server log information — IP address, browser type, referring URL, time of visit, and pages viewed. This is used to understand how the site is used and to prevent abuse.

Analytics. We use privacy-focused analytics that does not set tracking cookies or identify individual visitors. We measure aggregate traffic, not individual behaviour.

Email. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you send. We store emails for as long as the correspondence is active, plus one year for audit.

Affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link to a casino operator, the destination casino (and any third-party tracking tool in the redirect chain, such as Linkly) may record your IP address, referrer, and timestamp. We do not receive personally identifiable information back from the casino.

What we do not collect

• We do not run advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or social-media tracking pixels
• We do not use analytics that build individual visitor profiles
• We do not sell or rent any data to third parties

Cookies

This site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies only — for example, to remember your consent choice on the helpline banner. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Affiliate operators may set their own cookies if you click through to their site. Their privacy policies apply once you are on their domain.

Sharing with third parties

Data retention

Server logs are retained for 30 days. Aggregated analytics are retained indefinitely but cannot be linked back to individual visitors. Email correspondence is retained as described above.

Children

This site is for adults over 18 only. Gambling is an 18+ activity in New Zealand. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please email so we can delete the record.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if our data practices change. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent review.
