We are happy to disclose whether any given casino is a commercial partner. Operators looking to be reviewed should note that we do not promise rankings in exchange for commission, and we do not accept guest content.
Payout complaints and reader reports
If a casino we list has not paid you within the time we publish, please let us know. Reader payout-time reports feed into our quarterly re-ranking process. Include: casino name, date of withdrawal request, method, amount, and the outcome so far.
What we will not help with
- We cannot process withdrawals on behalf of players — that is between you and the casino
- We cannot unlock a locked account — contact the casino’s support team
- We cannot reverse a self-exclusion — that would defeat the purpose of the tool
- We cannot recommend a casino over the phone or in chat — all rankings are published on the homepage
